How do I request a newsletter?

In order to request a newsletter be created for one of your Communities, the first step is to email Communications@eHammersmith.com. It is best if the CAM is the point person.

In the email, please provide:

  • The newsletter type or package the Community desires (e-zine, one-sheet, premier, association, basic, door hangers), including the number of pages, and whether it’s in black and white or color. See link to examples below.
  • The date the Board would like it mailed by. Please allow two weeks of lead time if possible, but orders can expedited on a case-by-case basis.
  • The complete written content of the newsletter in a Word document, and any photos/graphics to be included as email attachments. If you need pre-written articles, they are available in the Manager’s Newsletter Article Folder.   (P://Managers/Newsletters/Articles Compiled for Newsletters)

When you receive a completed newsletter, it is the Manager’s responsibility to submit it to the Business Center, by creating a new action item in Vantaca.

Who is Lorrie Drennen?
Lorrie is an outside graphic designer that many Managers utilize to design their newsletters. If you prefer to work with Lorrie that is absolutely fine, but know that her turnaround time is usually slower than our process.
