Zego (formerly known as Paylease) is a third party company that will process electronic payments for assessments.
Homeowners should make payment in the Portal, through the ‘Make a Payment’ page.
Beginning 03/01/2022, Zego processes all debit card, credit card, and eCheck payments and the following fees are effective:
- eChecks are FREE
- Credit cards have a percentage fee of 3.25% of the total payment amount.
- Debit cards are no longer an option as of 02/2023
For example, a $100 assessment will have a fee of $3.25, for a total of $103.25. Fees will be outlined to the homeowner by payment option during the payment process before they submit their payment.
Homeowners can set up recurring payments using a credit/debit card, but they will be charged the fees for EACH PAYMENT.
If a Homeowner wants to make a payment over the phone, they can call Zego at 866-729-5327.
Please note that there is a $9.95 phone fee added to be the above listed fees for any payments made over the phone.
For Homeowners:
- Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express or a checking account
- If they have any questions, please direct them to contact Zego at 866-729-5327, Option 1
- Homeowners can set up to receive email notifications from Zego from their website. Homeowners should check their junk mail/spam folder if they are expecting a confirmation email and do not receive one. They should add emails from ZEGO to their safe senders list.
