How to record a message on the phone Mitel system

In the office:

1. Dial 2500 from a company phone
2. When message starts hit “*”
3. Dial ext 500
4. Password 500#
5. Select the following options
   1. First menu: 9
   2. Second menu:3
   3. Third menu: 1
   4. The recording number: THIS IS THE NUMBER OF THE RECORDING IN THE MITEL PROGRAMMING

Follow the prompts to re-record.

From an outside line:

1. Call your direct number
2. When message starts hit “*”
3. Dial ext 500
4. Password 500#
5. Select the following options
   1. First menu: 9
   2. Second menu:3
   3. Third menu: 1
   4. The recording number: THIS IS THE NUMBER OF THE RECORDING IN THE MITEL PROGRAMMING
