Happy Friday!

As we kick off 2018 we are focused on several specific projects and systems for the 1st Quarter.

This weeks updates will be short and to the point as we continue our focus on Office 365 and Email

PROJECT IMPACTS AND STATUS

  1. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEKEND – FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY 10 PM – 2 AM

I’m pretty sure everyone can comprehend why we will be working on all three nights (and throughout the day!) on the servers and environment. We will be continuing to plow through all of the email configuration, updates and information.

We appreciate your patience and support through this project. Some VERY IMPORTANT things to be aware of and keep in mind:

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT – We have appreciated it!

– ALL EMAIL, CALENDARS, CONTACTS, ETC WILL BE MOVED OVER! We keep getting these questions over and over. Yes, they are in process and yes, they will all be moved

– The remaining work being down over the maintenance times and the weekend will be on shared calendars, shared permissions, and cleanup.

WE CAN’T HELP IF YOU DON’T CALL OR SUBMIT A TICKET. This is particularly important for the onsite staff as schedules are very different depending upon position. CAMs – Please make sure you are communicating with your staff and if they are having email issues have them contact IT Support at 303-980-7499.

During our maintenance window, servers, data, and connections to the network will be unavailable. PILERA AND EMAIL WILL CONTINUE FUNCTIONING AS USUAL.

  1. SmartWebs

The SmartWebs team is actively working on the continued setup of our Associations in SmartWebs.

Training for the use of SmartWebs is in progress and CAMs and Community Care have been invited.

We will have 10 Associations fully installed and functioning for use by Tuesday, January 23rd.
