#WednesdayWisdom

Every Wednesday, we will post a video of Team Members spreading their words of wisdom! This can be a quote you live your life by, something you do in your work life that helps you be the best you can be, or something you’ve learned in the business that relates to HOAs and Community Management. Whatever you think would help others in a positive light, we want you to share!

In order to participate, please submit a short video of your #WednesdayWisdom to KWayne@eHammersmith.com. In your recording, please say your name, your words of wisdom, and then maybe an example of how you apply that wisdom. Get your Team Members in on the action and ask your colleagues to record you! Examples:

“I’m Karley Wayne, and my #WednesdayWisdom is ‘Never let anyone dull your sparkle!’

“I’m Karley Wayne, and my #WednesdayWisdom is ‘attention to detail.’ I have learned that there are many details in Community Management, and you have to keep track of them all.”
