Please disregard this message if you do not send email blasts via Pilera.
We’ve been seeing some team members select (or do not deselect) “On-site Managers” or “Managers” when sending an email blast via Pilera. Please do not select these fields as they will cause your blast to be sent to unrelated HMI managers and staff. Please see the screenshot below detailing what your eblast “include” field should show. By default, your blast may try to go to these members, so it’s important to check this every time before sending.
Also, please select “Send Using: Only E-Mail” when sending emails to your communities. Sending via “Communication Preference (Default)” or Only Phone/Only Text could cause your community to be charged for each resident who receives a text message / phone call. Texting & Answering services are coming soon, but the pricing has not been finalized.
