ADDITIONAL REMINDER – Copier Replacements at Inverness, Northglenn, and Loveland September 27th and September 28th

Hello Team!

This is an additional reminder that we will be replacing 4 copiers at Inverness TOMORROW, September 27th, between 8:30 AM – Noon. During this time there will be a period of inability to print company wide as we perform updates on the print server. We will also be replacing the Xerox Printers at Loveland and Northglenn on THURSDAY, September 28th. Loveland will be completed in the morning and Northglenn in the early afternoon. Here is what you can expect:

We will be replacing a total of 6 printers in our offices as follows:
SEPTEMBER 27TH – INVERNESS
– ENG-Iota
– ENG-Kappa
– ENG-Beta
– BCE-Sigma

SEPTEMBER 29TH – NORTHGLENN AND LOVELAND
– L-Alpha
– NG-Alpha

In order to make this as smooth of a transition as possible we wanted to make all of you aware of several things:

1. AFTER THE CHANGES TO PRINTERS YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE CURRENT VERSION OF THAT PRINTER AND ADD THE NEW ONES
   • If you do not do this your print jobs will fail.
2. Wednesday, September 27th at Inverness:
   • Changes will be starting at 8:30 AM and potentially continuing through noon.
   • ALL printing will temporarily be unavailable starting at 9 AM. We are expecting this to take no more than an hour and will keep everyone informed as we progress. This is to perform necessary upgrades to Papercut for our new printers.
   • The printers will be replaced in the following order:
     • ENG-Iota
       ENG-Kappa
       ENG-Beta
       BCE-Sigma
   • We will inform everyone as we complete each printer.
3. Thursday, September 28th at Loveland and Northglenn
   • Loveland will be first, followed by Northglenn mid-day to early afternoon
   • As we complete the printer changes we will inform everyone of the status

Thank you all for your understanding as we make these upgrades. Our new printers are Kyocera and will be an improved experience over our old Xerox.
