Who is the Employee Relations Committee?
The Hammersmith® ERC is made up of employees from all of our offices and locations.
What is the Employee Relations Committee?
The purpose of the ERC is to provide a platform for employees to participate in the formulation of new ideas for policies, procedures, programs and events that will increase employee engagement and improve overall job satisfaction.
When does the Employee Relations Committee meet?
ERC meetings will be held every other month at the Inverness office. Any committee member not at the Inverness office will join via conference call.
