Phone Etiquette Reminder

No more than four rings when placing a call.
Please remember that due to the open nature of many of our office areas, you should never let a phone ring more than 4 times when placing a call to another extension.  Letting the phone ring more than 4 times can be highly disruptive to the other people in the area.  If your call is important but the person does not pick up, please hang up after four rings and call back into their voicemail (or send an email).
