Search Better!
One of the most powerful parts of myHMI is searching for the information you want.
The site was set up to make finding information as easy as possible. For this reason, we set up all of our knowledgebase articles as questions. So instead of “Pilera Username”, you’re see “How do I access Pilera?”
However, when searching, you should not try to replicate the title of the article. On the example above, if I was trying to find that article, I would search “Pilera” or “Pilera Login” instead of “How do I Access Pilera”. Both should find the same article, but starting your search with “How do I” or “What do I” is unnecessary, and will not locate the article title if the article was phrased in a different way.
Remember, just like Google: Search “Pilera”, NOT “How do I access Pilera” for easier and quicker navigation of myHMI!
