ABMs: You will soon have access to ALL websites on ehammersmith.com

ABMs, We are enabling permissions for the entire list of Association Websites accessible through ehammersmith.com.

We are doing this because any time someone covers for another ABM, they sometimes need quick access to their website / email lists.  Rather than contacting IT and waiting for a response for access, you will now be able to access the site without restriction.

Note: This means that you will need to be very careful about which website you are on (there are some associations with very similar names).  This ALSO means that you need to be very careful when sending eblasts.  Reminder: If you have two Association websites open in different windows and try to send an eblast, IT CAN SEND TO THE LAST ASSOCIATION YOU VISITED (i.e. the one you didn’t intend, even if you are sending it from the correct page).  Please go to the Association you need to eblast in one window, and write/send your eblast without visiting any other sites in any other windows first!
