ERC Committee is seeking new members!

The Mission of the Employee Relations Committee, ERC, is to provide a platform for employees at all levels to participate in the formulation of new ideas for policies, programs and events that will increase employee engagement and improve overall job satisfaction.

Last week at the Quarterly Meeting, the ERC committee let you know that we are actively seeking new members. If you are interested in joining the committee, please send an email to ERC@ehammersmith.com. As this is a time commitment, we ask that you discuss this opportunity with your supervisor first. The meetings are monthly and typically last about an hour. Calling in for the meetings is an option and members usually leave with action items.
