Client Services Additions!
Hello Hammersmith Employees!
We would like to announce the addition of THIRTEEN new employees in the Client Services Department!
Welcome new DTC Office additions:
Angie Schafer is now the front desk agent in DTC. Many of you have already had the pleasure of meeting her. Angie joined the team last month, and her prior experience in call centers and customer service have been very beneficial in her short time here already.
Robin Morrow comes to us with experience in various positions ranging from production to restaurant management. She enjoys quilting, sewing, making jewelry and softball.
Bridget Heylman has experience ranging from customer service to food service and front desk reception. Her hobbies include gardening, baking, and outdoor activities.
Anthony James comes to us with a leasing background, and enjoys bicycling and eating healthy.
Isaiah Gee has experience with collections, and likes to spend his personal time playing baseball, video games, and coloring.
Suzette Castellot enjoys windsurfing and camping, and has prior work experience with customer service, research, and support for companies handling mutual funds, 401K accounts and financial management.
Morgan Schneider was previously a front desk manager at Dave and Busters, where she handled phones, party and reservation arrangements, and assisting all customers for a variety of needs. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, mudding, camping, boating, working out and dancing.
Christine Sellard has worked as a sales rep for HP and Gold’s Gym, in management as well as child care. Christine’s personal interests are anything outdoors (hiking, sports, sightseeing) and holistic health.
Mark Diffee joins us with work experience including call center and customer service support for Nintendo and Sephora, as well as retail customer service. He enjoys music, art, outdoor activities and entertainment.
Dan Lloyd has joined the team and will be working in DTC as the Client Services Night/Weekend Supervisor. Dan has an extension background in hospitality, call center management, and franchise management including roles as a senior team lead, regional manager, and area manager. Dan enjoys sports, GO BRONCOS! (He likes the Red Wings too, but we will let it slide.) He also likes competitive BBQ, hiking, and spending time with his family.
Welcome new Northglenn Office additions:
Sara Holman will be the front desk agent in Northglenn. She has background in customer service, caregiving, veterinary assistance, among others! Sara enjoys outdoor activities, watching movies, volunteer work, sports and cooking.
Sandi Ann Antuna has previously worked in call centers and customer service, and other customer driven industries. She recently moved back to Colorado from San Diego, and enjoys playing video games, bowling, road trips, and spending time with her family.
Robin Dunn has previously worked in security and customer service for Home Depot. Robin enjoys crafts of many kinds.
